and watch the the first episode through megavideo I recommend the first episode as it is extremely funny, a good introduction to the characters and the script is available here.I must say in advance that over the years I have worked with people in IT and it has been enormously enjoyable. There is definitely something "special" about the way IT people relate to the world. In fact, it was students in IT who introduced me to the show and explained the strange posters on the wall and the peculiar messages on the T-shirts-amazing.
